Customer Service Representative – Europe

GreenChem Industries, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative – Europe to join our team. This role supports our European customer base and requires working 3:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST to align with European business hours. The position is based in West Palm Beach, FL.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage onboarding of new European customer accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for European customers via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly; provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
  • Verify product availability, pricing, and provide logistical/shipping information.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, supply chain, logistics, and regulatory) to ensure successful and timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare and manage required export documentation for international shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and applicable export requirements.
  • Assist with freight coordination, including booking and tracking shipments (air and ocean as needed).
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and international trade regulations.
  • Assist with Return Material Authorizations (RMA's), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAR's).
  • Handle confidential customer information with discretion.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience (2+ years in customer service, order processing, or international logistics preferred).
  • Experience with international shipping, export documentation, or supply chain operations is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and freight processes (air/ocean) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience working with European customers or time zones is a plus.
