Overview
As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Assistant will fully support the team with an emphasis on reporting and order management. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can adapt to shifting priorities. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within Catalyst.
Responsibilities
  • Support sales team on day to day business management and tasks
  • Partner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with buying teams
  • Enter market orders from accounts
  • Participate in cross functional meetings.
  • Track order confirmations and shipping in partnership with Customer Service
  • Manage the ecommerce asset submission process
  • Analyze and report out weekly sales; identify opportunities and risks and share with account managers
  • Own activities related to market prep including line-sheet creation and market packets.
  • Take on special projects as needed
