Summary

Responsible for selling a limited number of products to the smallest accounts. Responsible for penetrating new logo accounts and growing existing accounts through cross-selling of products through remote communications (phone, digital, virtual). Focus is split between cross-selling of existing accounts and acquiring new logo accounts.

Location

This role will be based in one of the following locations:

  • Office location: Chicago, IL located at 200 N. LaSalle Street offering in-person collaboration and flexibility to work from home.
  • Remote in Texas: proximity to a major city is highly desirable
  • Remote in greater Cleveland, OH

What Part You Will Play in Our Growth

  • Review qualified leads to identify most promising opportunities for cross-sell into existing small accounts
  • Prioritize most promising opportunities to penetrate prospect accounts with Notified solutions
  • Actively generate outbound sales communications to prospects and existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date understanding of Notified's most popular solutions for smaller accounts and the relevant competitor solutions
  • Present a clear and concise value proposition for accounts to purchase solutions from Notified
  • Build rapport and establish credibility quickly with account buyers
  • Manage and execute the inside sales cycle, engaging a virtual sales engineer, if needed
  • Identify upsell opportunities and share with the assigned Account Manager
  • Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion
  • Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies
  • Achieve assigned bookings quota

Required Knowledge and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field

Experience

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a sales role or account management role

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Required experience in growing business through cross-sell and closing net new deals
  • Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and time management

Compensation

Our salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 plus monthly paid commission and is commensurate with experience, skills and location.
