As a Associate Account Executive you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

  • Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring's board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the sales team.
  • Gathers information on assigned referral sources.
  • Makes in person sales calls to gather their needs and provide solutions.
  • Provides on-going support to retain customers.
  • Ensures prompt and accurate answers to referral sources and partners.
  • Builds strong relationships, through regular communication.
  • Reports on the status of accounts.
  • Suggests Elara Caring services that maximize the referral sources outcomes and desired outcomes.
  • Coordinates with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support sales plans for key clients.
  • Promotes new products/services to existing customers.
  • Reports and follows-up on identified patient concerns and quality of care issues to the appropriate individuals.

What is Required?

  • Bachelor's Degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license and auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.

You will report to the Area Vice President of Sales.
