Job description

Operations Analyst / Performance Management Analyst

Develop, implement, and improve tools and systems to support operational efficiency and effectiveness, manage operational reporting, and provide analytical support to the senior operations team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees performance data generation, analysis, reporting, and compliance with KPI reporting requirements.
  • Maintains and organizes operational data and generates trend analysis and other reports.
  • Conducts comprehensive analyses of operational information and reports to identify areas of focus and need.
  • Design and implement a robust reporting framework to track key operational metrics and KPIs.
  • Define clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate potential solutions based on factors such as features, scalability, cost, and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Offer ongoing support to address any issues or questions that arise during implementation and usage.
  • Supports Senior Management on presentations and special project analyses.
  • Works collaboratively to develop and support new processes and solutions to ongoing, systemic issues.
  • Supports projects across a range of companies and departments.
  • Works with various departments and senior operations management to identify and develop new metrics for tracking performance quality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in operations research, statistics, mathematics, or computer science is preferred.
  • High School diploma or GDE required.
  • 6 years of related experience in preparing and analyzing data
  • Knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and SWOT analysis preferred.
  • Analytical and collaborative with strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and an ability to listen and understand root needs across many different business units.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite of applications and using data to inform and set priorities and identify challenges/opportunities.
  • Driver's license required.
