Position

The Regional Operations Analyst will serve as a key support resource to the Director of Business Execution and the Mid-Atlantic Regional leadership team. Based in our Conshohocken office, this is an entry-level to early-career opportunity ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to build a career within a leading wealth management organization.

This role offers broad exposure across wealth management operations, including close collaboration with advisory teams and involvement in both strategic and administrative initiatives that drive regional performance. The individual will play an active role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to project-based work that enhances the efficiency and long-term success of the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the Director of Business Execution and the Mid-Atlantic Regional leadership team across a broad range of business initiatives, strategic projects, and day-to-day priorities
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes, including coordination of new hire logistics, system access, documentation, and orientation activities
  • Support the onboarding of new advisory teams joining the region, facilitating a seamless transition and integration into regional workflows, systems, and culture
  • Assist in the development, training, and dissemination of best practices, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence across the team
  • Coordinate real estate and office management matters, including workspace logistics, facilities requests, vendor coordination, and office services oversight
  • Serve as a point of support for operational and administrative requests delegated from regional leadership, ensuring diligent follow-through and timely resolution
  • Monitor and assist in improving internal processes by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data and metrics; present well-organized recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all operational activities support and reflect the team's commitment to delivering an elevated, world-class client experience
  • Partner with Private Advisors and team members on a wide range of operational needs, special projects, and ad hoc requests, serving as a reliable and resourceful extension of the regional leadership team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization
  • Willingness to obtain Series 7, 66, 9, and 10
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred
  • Operational experience a plus
