About This Role

We’re looking for a part-time Operations Assistant to support the administrative and analytical side of our business. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys making order out of chaos.

Your mission? Help us streamline our systems, track key metrics, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

✔️ Love working with spreadsheets, systems, and checklists
✔️ Have experience with data entry, reporting, and light bookkeeping
✔️ Are organized, reliable, and can spot small details most people miss
✔️ Enjoy solving problems and creating efficiency
✔️ Prefer supporting a team from behind the scenes rather than being front-facing
✔️ Are comfortable learning new software and platforms (experience with CRMs is a plus)

Core Responsibilities:

✅ Enter, track, and verify data across multiple platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems)
✅ Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinic metrics
✅ Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
✅ Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
✅ Identify workflow inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve them
✅ Assist in light project management and system implementation
✅ Coordinate internal communications and follow-through on tasks
✅ Support other admin team members as needed

🧠 Think Before You Click – We value thoughtful decision-making backed by data.
🤝 Team Player Energy – You’re reliable, humble, and willing to jump in where needed.

Compensation & Perks:

💰 $24–$30/hour based on experience
🕒 20–30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
🌴 PTO available after 6 months
🚀 Growth potential into a full-time leadership role
😊 A mission-driven, positive team that values your contributions
