Title: Entry-Level Brokerage Operations Analyst
Duration 12 months + (Possibility of Further Extension or conversion)
Location New York NY
Pay Rate - $ 21.00/ Hr W2 (No Benefits)

Support of return mail process including:
Coordination of storage of all undeliverable mail
Documentation of process and procedures for return mail process
Respond to requests from Call Center related to Stock Plan Participant s Statements and Tax Slips
Review, print and mail physical documents (statements, tax forms, etc.) for Stock Plan participants who are unable to access the websiteAssume all operational processes associated with assigned plans, as applicable.
Participate in daily team huddles and provide updates.Learn, Understand & Support UDL lookup and account updates
Participate in Quarterly Statement ReviewAssist with large volume adjustment efforts related to trades and/or dividendsAssist in other Special Processing functions as required.
