HHM Hotels is a leading hospitality management and investment firm with a portfolio of over 200 hotels and resorts across the United States. We are seeking a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our corporate team. This role supports portfolio performance by providing data-driven insights, enhancing reporting capabilities, and partnering with operations leadership to drive results across the portfolio.

Senior Analyst - Manager - Director

Your Focus

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze property-level performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational and financial outcomes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) to support visibility into portfolio performance.
  • Process Improvement: Support the automation and standardization of reporting to improve accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Accounting to support reporting, modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Financial Analysis: Review hotel financials to understand key drivers and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Presentation Development: Prepare clear, data-driven materials for internal leadership and ownership groups.
