Job description

The Operations Analyst willbe responsible foranalyzing data from the full operational funnel, including operations, guest experience, people, and real estate development for a hospitality company.Identifyingdata-driven decision opportunities, and operational process improvements that deliver increased revenue and/or cost savings across multiple organizations will be key responsibilities. This role will focus on conductingoperationalperformance analysis,utilizingdata science models to deliver new insightsand strategy, supporting development ofrestaurant focusedand Executive level dashboards, and collaborating with a significantamountof cross-functional teams tooptimizebusiness processes and enhance operational efficiency.

*This position is required onsite 4 days per week, typically Monday- Thursday.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Franchise Performance Analytics- Analyze restaurant operations data; partner with Franchisee Business Consultants to support franchisee performance reviews, territory insights, and operator decision-making; deliver ad hoc and proactive insights.

Dashboarding & Reporting- Supportbuilding,maintaining, and evolvingdashboards and recurring reporting using Power BIandSQL; ensure clear interpretation, storytelling, and actionability of metrics

Real Estate & Development Analytics- Support real estate and development initiatives through site performance analysis, post-open evaluations, remodel insights, and market-level performance trends.

Process Improvement &CrossFunctionalPartnership- Identifyinefficiencies, recommend process improvements or automation, and collaborate with Operations, Development, Finance, IT, and Analytics partners to deliverendtoendsolutions

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:4 yr degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

Preferred:MBA,Master's degree in BusinessAnalytics, MS in Statistics, or related field

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

Minimum:1+ yrs of experience in operations analytics, business analytics, or related analytical roles

- Experience delivering insights and recommendations to multiple stakeholders is required
-Previousexperience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI, is a plus
-Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is required
- Experience with SQL and database query tools isa plus

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLSor ABILITIES

Demonstratedability to apply structured, critical reasoning to ambiguous business questions-framing problems, testing assumptions, and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations

Naturallydata curious -proactively exploring trends, anomalies, and root causes beyond theinitialrequest to deepen understanding and improve recommendations

Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation from relational databases

Comfortable making recommendations with imperfect or incomplete data.

Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
