At Imagen Dental Partners, we're transforming the future of dentistry—and we're looking for a strategic marketing leader to help drive the next phase of growth.

As our Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across our network of 130+ dental practices. You'll combine data, technology, AI, and marketing expertise to increase patient acquisition, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable business results.

What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient growth and practice performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing programs, including digital advertising, SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, reputation management, websites, and local marketing.
  • Partner with Operations, Partner Doctors, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Use analytics, AI, and automation to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Build scalable processes, reporting, dashboards, and best practices that support continued growth.

  • Marketing Performance: Own marketing analytics, campaign performance, ROI, and data-driven optimization to deliver measurable business results.
  • Marketing Operations: Build scalable marketing processes, technology, AI, automation, and operational best practices that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Practice Growth Partnerships: Partner with Operations, Partner Doctors, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee marketing investments, agency partnerships, and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion new technologies, AI, and emerging marketing strategies that enhance the patient experience and position Imagen for long-term growth.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in multi-location healthcare, dental, retail, franchise, or local market environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Must be located in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area
  • Proven success leading marketing strategy across multiple locations or business units.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve marketing performance.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimization, SEO, paid media, reputation management, websites, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and maximizing return on investment.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in dental, healthcare services, or another multi-site organization is strongly preferred.
