Role Overview
We are seeking a Consultant to join our Strategy and Analytics team with a specific focus on our data operations and analytics engagements! Consultants on our team are typically engaged on one to two client projects at a time, serving as both individual contributors and providing oversight to more junior project team members. Our Data Operations & Analytics Consultants are responsible for:
  • Performing data sourcing, cleaning, validation, and analysis
  • Building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines
  • Automating data processes
  • Defining and delivering insight driven analytics frameworks such as dashboards and predictive models
  • Deploying AI tools into our workflows and client facing assets to improve efficiency and insight
  • Identifying client challenges and needs and develop new analytics solutions to address them
  • Designing and delivering new reporting resources
  • Working closely with our development team to continuously improve our client-facing analytics portal with new features/functionality
  • Identifying insights and developing compelling presentations that help our clients make impactful decisions
  • Owning day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You'll Bring
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in consulting, professional services, corporate or business strategy, financial or economic analysis, data analysis, and/or strategic marketing
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for quantitative course work
  • Experience successfully leading projects, both independently and in collaboration with clients or internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in presenting and effectively communicating research and analysis using PowerPoint
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, for analytics and reporting
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Passion for problem solving and working with data
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Creative mindset and drive to develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to proactively set priorities and execute effectively
  • Passion for presenting data in a compelling way that tells a clear story
  • Interest in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry

Additional Skills We Value

  • Experience managing and training junior team members
