The Product Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Product Management team by turning data into actionable insights. In this role, you will own operational and portfolio reporting, maintain the integrity of product workflow data, and surface opportunities to improve how the product organization makes decisions and tracks overall progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that give product leadership visibility into portfolio, delivery, and workflow performance.

  • Configure and maintain product tools and workflow systems (Jira, Jellyfish, etc.) to ensure data quality and reporting reliability.
  • Define and document metric definitions and reporting logic to support consistent analysis across teams.

  • Support automation and reporting efficiency efforts, including lightweight scripting and AI-enabled tools where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, business analytics, or a related analytical role
  • Experience building dashboards and reports for leadership or senior stakeholders
    • Proficiency with BI and dashboard tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and workflow tools
    • Working knowledge of Jira, including JQL, and familiarity with product workflow data structures
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Ability to work with SQL, scripting, APIs, or automation tools to support reporting, data extraction, or workflow efficiency

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with product analytics and workflow tools such as Jellyfish, Pendo, Amplitude, or similar platforms
  • Ability to use digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly to support analysis, documentation, and workflow improvement, including validating outputs for accuracy, appropriateness, and confidentiality

Salary Range: $61,500 to $80,000
