Job description

Position Summary:

As a Product Operations Analyst (Data & Insights) within our Product Organization, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle. This role focuses on analyzing product performance, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy, operational efficiency, and growth.

You will partner cross functionally to ensure alignment between product performance and business objectives. This role requires a strong foundation in analytics, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.

This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in product analytics, experimentation, and strategic planning while contributing to a fast-paced, continuously improving product organization.


Primary Accountabilities:Product Strategy & Performance Insights (40%)
  • Support the development of product strategy and long-term objectives through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

  • Analyze product data on usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, and performance trends to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Partner with Product Managers to provide insights that support roadmap prioritization and strategic decision-making.

  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for product leadership and stakeholders.

Data Analysis, Metrics & Reporting (40%)
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product effectiveness, customer experience, growth, and operational health.

  • Write and execute queries on large datasets to support ongoing analysis and ad hoc business questions.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into product performance.

  • Monitor product and operational performance to proactively identify issues impacting adoption, retention, and profitability.

  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and actionable recommendations.

Continuous Improvement & Experimentation (20%)
  • Support a culture of experimentation by designing, measuring, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Ensure analytical rigor in experimentation and clearly communicate results and implications.

  • Identify opportunities to improve product operations processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.

  • Stay current on industry best practices in product analytics, experimentation, and data tooling.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle.


Qualifications:Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 2-4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in querying large datasets (e.g., SQL).

    • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar.

    • Experience designing and analyzing A/B or multivariate experiments.

    • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.

    • Experience aligning analytics with OKRs, planning processes, and operational reporting.

    • Exposure to data modeling, Python, R, or advanced statistical techniques is a plus.

    • Experience in SaaS, technology, or platform-based organizations preferred.

At Inmar, compensation reflects our belief in integrity, transparency, and the value of individual contributions. The hiring range for this position is:

58,762.13 - 97,936.88 USD Annual
