Job description

Role and responsibilities
We're looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team.
This individual must be passionate about data and excited to work as part of a team to hone your research capabilities in an environment that is both high-performing and big-hearted. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow quickly, take on significant responsibility, and make a real impact on the overall growth of the business.
As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will routinely leverage AI in analyzing data and generating insights that drive new client acquisitions and expand existing accounts. By leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn, Claude, and other tools, you'll identify high-potential leads, strengthen BTS's client pipeline, and support sales initiatives and in-person events across North America. This role also has exposure to training capabilities, where we train our consultants in our sales tools and processes. Success in this role requires high levels of proactivity, organization, time management, and communication, as well as a data-driven and analytical mindset.
This role is based in NYC, and we have a hybrid work environment.
Specific responsibilities include:
AI-driven lead generation
  • Leverage Claude and other AI platforms to analyze Salesforce and LinkedIn data to identify new business opportunities
  • Use Claude to generate and refresh targeted lead lists, delivered directly to sellers for business development outreach and events
  • Conduct research on target companies and industries and prospective buyers to inform reliable prospect pipeline
  • Partner with account managers to grow their existing accounts or with senior sellers to grow their business development hopper

Sales Enablement & AI-driven Automation
  • Train sellers using sales tools like Salesforce, Claude, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Identify manual, repetitive processes across the sales cycle and build Claude-based workflows to automate them - saving sellers time and surfacing insights faster
  • Track data in Salesforce to ensure follow-through on opportunities
  • Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings, including Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Provide proactive support to sellers throughout the sales process

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or requisite experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or AI transformation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
  • Naturally curious and self-directed, with the ability to explore and test new process optimizations independently
  • Hands-on experience with Claude or comparable AI tools - writing effective prompts and turning them into repeatable workflows others can run
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
  • Experience in training or lead generation is a plus
  • Must be able to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
  • Based in the New York Metropolitan area and able to work in person at our NYC office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Information
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $73,000
  • Starting salary is determined by relevant experience and education/degree level
