  • Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive sustainable solutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority
  • Ability to define standards, success measures, and enablement frameworks

  • Maintain a high-level operational view of all certifications and the end-to-end certification lifecycle
  • Lead initiatives to streamline certification administration, handoffs, and manual workflows
  • Partner with Learning Program Leads to optimize operational flow and reduce friction
  • Establish scalable approaches for identifying quality gaps, recurring issues, and remediation needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Agent Support Team to improve pre-certification experience and agent satisfaction
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution of operational enablement initiatives
  • Provide leadership with insights and recommendations that inform tooling, prioritization, and roadmap decisions

Essential Job Functions
  • Essential functions are the fundamental, crucial job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
