The Company
Marigold is a fast-growing marketing technology company helping growing businesses build stronger customer relationships through its three core platforms: Emma, Campaign Monitor, and Vuture. We deliver powerful tools for email, SMS, and marketing automation that elevate engagement and drive real results. Marigold is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee with offices in Sydney and London.
The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and curious Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this entry-level role, you'll help support the systems, processes, and data that power our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
You'll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, reporting, marketing operations, partner programs, and renewal processes while working alongside experienced Revenue Operations professionals. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and continuously improving how teams operate, this is a great opportunity to launch your career in Revenue Operations.
What You'll Do

  • Maintain CRM data quality by assisting with account hierarchy management, duplicate resolution, account maintenance, and other data hygiene initiatives.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into campaigns, pipeline, partner performance, renewals, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run efficiently.
  • Assist with documenting operational processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, and team efficiency.
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives that help scale the Revenue Operations function.

About You
You're organized, analytical, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with data, solving problems, and finding ways to make processes more efficient. You're comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and are excited to build a career in Revenue Operations.
Ideal Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Operations, business operations, or a related role, including internships or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate, high-quality data.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, reports, or business systems to organize and analyze information.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Salesforce data management, account hierarchies, or data quality initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Campaign Monitor or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Exposure to partner operations, lead management, or customer renewal processes.
  • Salesforce Trailhead experience or Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Experience documenting business processes or supporting operational improvements.

Location Eligibility
This position is eligible for hire in the following US states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Compensation
