This is a highly visible role suited for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, drives cross-functional alignment, and builds durable operational systems that scale globally.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team focused on identifying systemic inefficiencies and driving long-term structural improvements.
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders across GTM, RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, and Finance to align operational priorities and execution.
  • Design and oversee AI-enabled operational systems, including automation workflows, AI-driven support layers, and knowledge management structures.
  • Conduct deep root-cause analyses of complex operational challenges and drive permanent, scalable solutions in collaboration with engineering and systems teams.
  • Own enterprise change management frameworks, ensuring successful adoption of new GTM processes and tools across global teams.
  • Define and monitor key operational KPIs such as cost-to-serve, ticket deflection rates, MTTR, adoption velocity, and process efficiency metrics.
  • Lead post-incident reviews and translate operational failures into systemic improvements and preventive infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or equivalent roles within fast-scaling SaaS or tech organizations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing operations or RevOps teams (2-3+ years minimum).
  • Strong track record of building and evolving GTM systems, processes, and operational frameworks in growth and enterprise environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of complex GTM tech stacks, including Salesforce, CPQ tools, routing systems, and compensation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows, with hands-on experience applying AI tools to operational challenges.
  • Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex operational issues into clear strategic narratives.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with full ownership and accountability for global outcomes.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, asynchronous organizations is highly valued.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, global work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Competitive USD-based compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Stock options enabling participation in long-term organizational success.
  • Flexible paid time off and asynchronous working culture supporting work-life integration.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Home office budget and IT equipment support.
  • Learning and development budget for continuous professional growth.
  • Mental health and well-being support services.
