This is a 2 month Paid Internship - $30/hr 

Role Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Operations Intern to support our Revenue Operations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in business operations, systems optimization, data management, and go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will help improve operational efficiency across sales and revenue processes by documenting workflows, supporting data hygiene initiatives, and building reporting that enables better decision-making. You'll work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to help streamline and scale operations.

The Impact U will make:

  • Document existing marketing and sales operations processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Support process optimization initiatives across campaign execution, lead management, and marketing operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process consistency
  • Assist with CRM and systems data cleanup, validation, and ongoing hygiene efforts
  • Support reporting and dashboard creation for go to market performance metrics
  • Analyze marketing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Help maintain process documentation and internal enablement resources
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the go-to-market organization

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in revenue operations, business systems, sales operations, or process improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and reporting tools is a plus
