RevOps Manager

Forgeworks.ai

Denver, CO • On-site

Full-time

This job post has expired today. Applications are no longer accepted.

Job description

Forgeworks.ai | Denver, CO | In-Person

We're hiring multiple leads. If the post is live, we're hiring!

The Opportunity

The trades industry roofing, solar, HVAC, field services is having its moment. These are real businesses, built by people who work with their hands, and they're scaling fast. Most of them have never had access to a revenue operations team. They've never had systems that work. They've never had someone who shows up proactively and fixes the revenue leak before it becomes a crisis.

That's what we do.

Forgeworks is a boutique RevOps firm that embeds fractional teams inside growing companies. We serve two verticals; tech and trades.

What This Role Actually Is

You'll spend your first 30-90 days co-leading trades clients directly alongside our founder a former VP of RevOps who has built revenue operations for over 50 companies.

By month 2 and 3 you'll lead your RevOps projects. Supported by a RevOps Analyst and RevOps Project Manager.

That means:

  • Leading client relationships proactively you're their RevOps team, not their vendor
  • Running discovery, building strategy, and executing across HubSpot and Zuper
  • Sitting across from trades CEOs and business owners and commanding the room
  • Translating complex revenue operations into language that lands with people who build things
  • Building the playbook for an industry that's never had access to this caliber of talent
  • Working alongside AI tools and systems that make us faster than anyone else in the market

We recently launched our first AI RevOps subscription product for a roofing company. And have supported over $80M in Trades revenue this year alone. This is the direction we're moving and you'll be at the center of it.

The Tech

Our primary platforms in the trades pod are HubSpot and Zuper. Experience in either is a plus but not required. If you've worked in similar CRM or field service platforms ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, or others that translates. What matters more is that you're a systems person who gets into the tools yourself rather than managing people who do.

The big 5 descriptions of this role:

  1. AI First
  2. Trades Focused
  3. RevOps Expert
  4. Boutique Consulting
  5. Lead Client Deliverables

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • RevOps operating experience. Previously you've been the Manager or Director of an operations team.
  • Ground Up Systems Builder - We implement and build systems from the ground up
  • Exec presence you lead customer calls
  • Systems fluency you're in the tools yourself. You learn every action and button systems can make
  • AI First approach. You've experimented and build AI automations.
  • Experience in or genuine interest in trades, construction, field services, or home services. The role will become an expert in AI RevOps for Trades.
  • Based in Denver, in-person

Strong plus:

  • HubSpot or Zuper experience
  • Background in fractional consulting or agency environments

How We Work

We run a 4-day work week and 10-hour work days. Three days off every week.

We take performance seriously. We also take recovery seriously.

You'll be in-person in Denver working alongside the founder and our analyst team. You'll have real support and real ownership from day one.
