Job description

Propeller is on a mission to take the guesswork out of moving dirt - reducing wasted fuel, time, and money. We do this through the power of maps.

Our customers use Propeller's integrated hardware and software products to capture accurate 3D versions of their worksites. With over 50,000 worksites worldwide using Propeller's smart survey technology, we empower project teams to map, measure, and manage site activity.

Propeller empowers everyone to approach, own, and solve problems creatively. We're data nerds who care about impact, honesty, and each other. We take pride in being a great place to work and are proud to be recognized as a Fast Company and BuiltIn Best Place to Work. You can learn more about us on Glassdoor.

Your Mission:

RevOps at Propeller is moving into its next chapter. We're building a scalable, AI-enabled operating layer for the GTM org - automating the routine so the team can focus more heavily on high-impact partnerships across the business.

You'll be the operational backbone of RevOps and a genuine strategic partner to the VP. RevOps is already trusted by GTM leadership - your job is to run the engine day-to-day, raise the bar on how the function shows up, and make sure that trust deepens as the business grows.

This role requires a minimum of three days in our Denver office per week, on average.

Who you'll work alongside:
  • VP of RevOps: Drew sets the team's strategy and vision. You hold the execution and the operating model. You partner on the bigger structural calls; you are responsible for the day-to-day being successful.
  • Systems & AI Platform: This is a dedicated team that builds the AI architecture and the platform. You and your team help deploy it throughout the GTM engine - adoption, workflow design, and implementation.
What you're accountable for:

These are the domains that belong to this role. The work inside them will change as the business changes. What you own stays yours.

  • The GTM engine. Execution across New Logo Ops, Existing Customer Ops, and Marketing Ops. The workflows, handoffs, and data flowing through the funnel. Friction spotted before it hits the pipeline.
  • RevOps as a trusted partner. How the team shows up - proactive, embedded, trusted. What lives in playbooks, what gets automated, what we stop doing entirely. You help shape that with the VP.
  • AI as a way of working. Tools in your own daily workflow, real workflows for the team, and a partnership with Systems & AI Platform to make it land in GTM. You make sure it actually gets used.
  • Revenue visibility. GTM analytics that tell a clear, reliable story. Other teams get clean data. Leaders get the operational reality and commentary to match to make informed decisions for their orgs.
  • Strategic Ownership. In addition to leading the team, this role always carries direct end-to-end strategic ownership. What that is will shift with business needs. Right now, expect heavy involvement in pricing: inheriting the pricing process and structure, partnering with Drew and key stakeholders, and driving it forward.
  • The People. You build a team that genuinely wants to do great work - holding a high bar to get there: coaching people to go further than they'd take themselves - celebrating what great looks like, and having honest conversations when you know someone has more to give. Your team will consist of operations managers who are trusted partners to the business.

Requirements

The credentials matter less than how you think and how you lead. Here's what good looks like:

    • Leadership & Experience: 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy with a proven, verifiable track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing teams.
    • Revenue & Strategic Agility: Deep expertise in revenue mechanics (demand gen, pipeline, ARR, churn, forecast hygiene). You demonstrate strategic agility, knowing exactly when to hold the line and when to pivot to support the business, all while bringing cross-functional stakeholders along with you.
    • Operational Excellence & Tech Stack: High-level fluency in CRM ecosystems, deal routing, and quoting workflows. You are an AI-forward operator who proactively utilizes automation to streamline internal processes and empower GTM stakeholders.
    • Influence & Structural Rigor: A collaborative change-maker who builds deep trust across the organization to drive progress outside your direct control. You operate with a continuous improvement mindset, consistently leaving systems and structures more efficient than you found them.

This probably isn't your role if you want a static playbook, prefer sitting deep in tools over coaching your team or partnering with the business, or see AI as something to delegate rather than something you use.

Benefits

  • Fully paid employee United Platinum PPO medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 20 days of paid vacation time per year with no accrual or carryover cap
  • 3% non-elective employer contribution to 401(k)
  • Employee share options
  • Professional development budget and leave
  • The opportunity to take part in our mentorship program
  • $100 USD monthly telephone and/or internet allowance
  • Paid primary & secondary parental leave policies
  • $275 USD one time work from home set up budget, and we'll also send you a laptop, monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

The estimated salary range offered for this role is $165,000 - $170,000 base + $27,00 - $31,000 variable ($192,000 - $201,000 OTE). This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
