Job description

Project Coordinator

Forgeworks · In person, Denver · 4-day work week · $60,000–$70,000

Run the sprint engine behind an AI-first RevOps firm.

Who we are

Forgeworks is an AI-first, boutique RevOps firm in Denver. We embed small teams — "pods" — inside companies across industries and build the systems, processes, and automations that run their revenue. AI runs through everything we do; it's how a small, sharp team outbuilds firms ten times our size.

How we work

Four days a week, in person, Monday through Thursday, ten hours a day. Then three days off — genuinely off. We have a hard no-Slack, no-email-after-hours rule. Work hard, recover hard. You'll do some of the best work of your career here and still own your evenings and a three-day weekend, every single week. Plus full health benefits.

The role

You're the coordination backbone of a pod. You keep the sprint machine running — kickoffs, reviews, deliverables — so the RevOps managers and analysts stay heads-down on the builds. You own the rhythm, the board, and the follow-through, and nothing slips on your watch.

AI carries the grunt work: Fireflies captures every call, Claude turns notes into tasks. Your job is to turn that into a clean, current board the whole pod runs on.

A typical week: Monday kickoffs and client sprint reviews, deliverables out the door by Thursday, every task and update tracked in ClickUp. Your managers own the technical strategy — you own that it actually happens. The strongest people in this seat grow into RevOps over time, and we'll back you to do it.

What we're looking for

  • You've run real sprint or project cadence and can point to a team whose delivery you personally kept on track.
  • Ruthless follow-through, and calm, clear communication with clients and teammates.
  • AI-fluent, or hungry to be — you reach for tools like Claude to do more with less.
  • Intellectual honesty: when you don't know, you say so and go find out.

Bonus: Asana, ClickUp, HubSpot or Salesforce exposure.

Compensation & benefits

  • $60,000–$70,000 DOE
  • Full health benefits
  • 4-day work week — in person, Denver, Monday–Thursday
  • Hard no-after-hours rule: your time off is yours
