This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

You will play a critical role in improving forecast accuracy, providing insights to drive sales effectiveness, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting & Pacing Own the weekly and monthly sales and expansion forecast process: build, validate, and present to SLT and FP&A.
  • Lead pipeline reviews and improve accuracy and predictability.
  • Develop and maintain the forecasting model; evolve from reporting to predictive pacing.
  • Track quota attainment, pacing, and pipeline coverage (target 2.5× quota) at rep, team, and product level.
  • Produce monthly forecast and pacing reports for ELT and FP&A.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide timely, accurate visibility into performance.
  • Commissions Own the end-to-end commissions process: plan design inputs, monthly calculations, dispute resolution, and payout sign-off.
  • Maintain commission calculators; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for commission disputes; document resolution process and SLA.
  • Partner with GTM leaders, Finance, Legal and People team on evolving commission plans for clarity, simplicity and impact.
  • Territory & Quota Planning Support annual territory design and quota-setting process with VP RevOps, Sales and CX VPs, and CRO.
  • Maintain sales and CX capacity model; flag headcount gaps or coverage risks in real time.
  • Track rep-level performance data and surface early warning signals to sales leadership.
  • Deal Desk and Order to Cash Review and approve all non‑standard deals: discounts, custom terms, pricing exceptions, and bundled structures.
  • Maintain and enforce the discount authority matrix.
  • Manage minimum deal size enforcement; track and report exceptions monthly.
  • Track contract error rates and re‑send frequency; drive continuous improvement to reduce manual rework.
  • Own quote‑to‑cash audit process: flag and resolve bookings vs. revenue discrepancies.
  • Ensure one‑time implementation and setup fees are captured in opportunity records for accurate MRR reporting.
  • Partner Ops Own partner attribution tracking: ensure partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced deals are correctly coded in SFDC.
  • Maintain partner performance scorecard and pipeline attribution reports.
  • Support ISV channel compensation model with accurate rev‑share calculations.
  • Partner with Savannah (Payments) and Mike Oliver (Partners) on payments attach tracking and channel attribution.
  • Drive operational efficiency.
  • Support strategic initiatives that improve sales productivity, deal execution, and overall performance.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports (Deal Desk and Order to Cash Specialist and Partner Ops Specialist) — setting goals, providing coaching, reviewing work, and building their analytical skills.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and machine learning tools that accelerate sales operations output from AI predictive forecast modeling to AI‑assisted churn propensity modeling.
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI‑assisted workflows to automate recurring reporting tasks, freeing bandwidth for higher‑order analysis and strategic insight work.
  • Stay current on the AI analytics landscape and bring forward a quarterly point of view on emerging tools and practices relevant to RevOps.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, FP&A, or Business Analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) and working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline management tools, as well as sales engagement/insight platforms (e.g., Gong).
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including dashboards, reporting, and data management to support business insights.
  • Experience supporting territory planning and coverage models.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior Sales leaders and influence decisions through data.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to operate independently.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional analytics context.
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
  • An A‑player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
