Job description

About Choice Digital
Choice Digital is redefining modern disbursements. Our platform combines compliance, security, and simplicity to ensure every payment is delivered securely, instantly, and without friction. From eliminating fraud risk with real-time intelligence to guaranteeing payment delivery, we empower businesses to streamline financial operations while building trust with their customers.
Why Join Choice Digital
Choice Digital is growing fast, profitable, and scaling into new industries where modern disbursements are no longer optional - they're essential.
Here's why people love building their careers here:
  • Proven growth: You'll join a profitable company serving 300+ clients and rapidly expanding into new markets.
  • Real impact: Your work will directly transform how money moves, solving inefficiencies that frustrate both businesses and customers.
  • Culture of confidence: Enjoy a collaborative, casual environment where we balance autonomy with accountability.
  • Future-focused: Help shape a rapidly evolving category - we're not just part of the change, we're leading it.

Our Core Values
Our Core Values guide how we work and who we strive to be.
  • Relentless Ownership. We take responsibility end to end. If it is ours, we own it until the outcome is achieved.
  • Find the Right Way Forward. When the work matters, we focus on solutions. We don't get stuck on obstacles or default to "no." If something aligns with our vision and improves outcomes for clients or recipients, we ask how to make it happen.
  • Lead with Integrity. We act in ways that make us worthy of trust from clients, consumers, and each other. We do not trade trust for speed, convenience, or short-term economics.

Position Overview
Choice Digital's go-to-market strategy is events-led, and this role owns that engine end to end. Not the logistics of a booth - the strategy that turns every moment buyers gather into pipeline. You'll run an integrated portfolio across in-person field events, executive roundtables, and webinars: one calendar, one budget, one demand system, measured on opportunities created, not badge scans. Across target verticals you'll work the build-up -> during -> after arc in lockstep with Growth, Content, and RevOps to convert attention into meetings and revenue.
What You'll Own
  • Integrated events strategy & portfolio. Own the annual demand-events calendar and budget across in-person events, executive roundtables, and webinars in target verticals. Decide the format for each moment - attend/exhibit/speak/sponsor/host/broadcast - and ROI-rank the whole portfolio each year against cost per opportunity.
  • Executive roundtables. Own an intimate, invitation-only roundtable program for priority accounts and senior buyers - theme and agenda, target invite lists, venue and hosting, executive participation, and the follow-through that turns a dinner conversation into a pipeline conversation.
  • Webinar & digital events program. Own the webinar calendar end to end - topics and speakers, promotion, registration and attendance goals, live production, and the on-demand afterlife. Partner with Content on narratives that map to Choice Digital's disbursement story and regulated-market positioning, and treat every registrant as a demand signal, not a view count.
  • Pre-event demand (build-up). With Growth and Content, run pre-event campaigns for every format - target attendee and invite lists, paid + outbound, meeting-booking, and gated content offers - so the room is the right room before the doors open.
  • On-site & live execution. Booth build, logistics, shipping, staffing, speaking coordination, and the live Choice Suite demo; hosted dinners and sponsorships; clean, complete lead capture on every channel, in-person or virtual.
  • Post-event conversion. Fast follow-up sequences, contextual lead handoff to sales, recap content, and retargeting - with RevOps ensuring capture and attribution hold across the full portfolio.
  • Account-based & regional field plays. Regional events and account-based field plays for priority accounts and verticals, coordinated with sales and the roundtable program so the highest-value accounts see a connected sequence of moments.
  • Vendor & budget management. Manage vendors, contracts, booth property, webinar platform, and giveaways; track spend against the events budget and shared event-assets line.
  • Measure & optimize. Own scorecards for every format (before/during/after) and the portfolio's cost per opportunity; kill or double-down on programs by the numbers.

What you Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B field, events, or integrated demand marketing - ideally in regulated, complex, or fintech/payments categories
  • Experience owning an event portfolio end to end - including budget and ROI decisions - spanning both in-person events and digital/webinar programs, not just logistics
  • Ability to run an executive-engagement or roundtable program, or a webinar program with real pipeline accountability
  • Strong project and logistics management under deadline
  • A demand mindset - you measure everything by pipeline and opportunities created, not attendance
  • HubSpot proficiency and experience partnering closely with RevOps on capture and attribution; Salesloft familiarity; comfort with a webinar program; strong AI-assisted workflow
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation, to load, unload, and assemble trade show booth materials and spaces
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

Nice to haves:
  • Experiential/booth design sense and speaking-program management
  • Experience marketing into utilities, energy, or other regulated buyers

What we Offer
  • Competitive annual compensation range of $110,000 to $130,000
  • Annual bonus linked to company success and your personal performance
  • Equity offerings through stock options
  • 401(k) retirement savings match (up to 4%)
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Company paid holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance

In compliance with Colorado state law, pay for this position is anticipated to be between $110,000 and $130,000. Actual offers will be based on the applicant's skills, experience, and education.
While the anticipated deadline is anticipated to be September 22nd, 2026, you are encouraged to submit your application as we may still consider qualified candidates beyond this date.
Candidate profiles and resources from recruiting agencies and vendors are not being considered for this role. Please do not solicit Choice Digital with requests for business.
Choice Digital is an equal opportunity employer.
