Netic

San Francisco, CA โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 17 days ago

Job description

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.
You'll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.
About the role
Netic serves some of the largest, most important essential service businesses in the US, and we are in the process of serving many more.
We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented, and analytical Founding RevOps to support our growing sales org and GTM systems. You will be our Salesforce admin, build out our sales systems, sales strategy, forecasting muscle and more.
This role will shape how we think about RevOps and our entire sales motion at Netic. If you want to be the founding RevOps hire at a company with strong PMF and a quickly growing sales org, this is a good fit for you.
What you'll do
  • Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue operations stack (e.g., CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, tooling).
  • Serve as our Salesforce admin - improving the quality and effectiveness of our CRM over time.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle. You should be using AI to help with this.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in the GTM funnel and then work with sales, growth and GTM Engineering to solve them.
  • Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance reporting.
  • Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structures.
  • Enable revenue teams with clear processes, documentation, and operational clarity.
  • Establish clear operating cadences, documentation, and performance reviews and MBRs for the BU and Sales Leadership.
What you'll bring
  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Proven experience scaling revenue operations in a growth-stage company. You've seen and played a big part in helping sales orgs grow in the past.
  • Strong analytical mindset. Comfortable working with data, models, and metrics.
  • Experience with quotas. You have experience setting and handling SDR quotas.
  • Meaningful experience with Salesforce. You don't have to have Salesforce admin experience, but you should understand how to get anything done in Salesforce, and ideally have connections with Salesforce developers if we need them.
  • AI native. You have experience using AI to speed up your work and raise the ceiling on the quality of your projects.
  • Relentless operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure everything you ship delivers an incredible experience.
  • Hustle and grit. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until you land what works.
  • Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with sales, product, and external partners to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against.
  • High-ownership leader. You set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes.

What brings us together is our commitment to:
  • Live to build
  • Run through walls and win
  • Obsess over customers in each line of code
  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"
  • Show internal locus of control
  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
