Job description

A leading investment firm is seeking an RevOps & Sales Technology Product Manager (AVP) to support and scale its Investor Relations and Business Development function through improved systems, data, and automation.
This role will focus on enhancing CRM workflows, improving pipeline visibility, and driving adoption of modern SalesTech and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems supporting fundraising and business development
  • Improve visibility into sales pipelines, client engagement, and performance metrics
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decision making
  • Support DDQs, investor communications, and fundraising processes
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and operational best practices
  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to support scaling operations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across business and technology

Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, CRM, or similar roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems (DealCloud or similar preferred)
  • Strong data and analytics skills
  • Experience improving business processes and workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services, private equity, or investor relations
  • Experience with AI tools and automation platforms
  • Exposure to scripting or data tools (Python, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Experience implementing or managing SalesTech tools

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $200,000-$215,000
  • 20% annual bonus eligibility
