About the role
Brio Water Technology is seeking a Director of Analytics & Revenue Operations to lead ecommerce operations, commercial analytics, digital shelf execution, and retailer account operations across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and other key retail channels.
This role owns the operational backbone of the ecommerce business, including reporting, dashboards, purchase order workflows, deductions, chargebacks, shortages, co-op billing, retailer compliance, forecasting support, and marketplace operational performance. The ideal candidate has experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, consumer products, or ecommerce, and understands how retailer systems, operational workflows, and commercial data support revenue growth.
What you'll do
  • Own ecommerce and commercial reporting across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and other retail channels.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting cadence, KPI tracking, and data quality across ecommerce platforms.
  • Manage and improve retailer operations across Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Retail Link, Home Depot Supplier Hub, and other retailer portals.
  • Oversee digital shelf execution, including listing health, content quality, item setup, account health, and product performance.
  • Own account operational mechanics including purchase orders, deductions, Amazon chargebacks, shortages, co-op billing, and retailer compliance.
  • Support Ship to Amazon workflows and related operational processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Ecommerce teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, promotional planning, and S&OP through data and marketplace insights.
  • Partner with Finance on trade fund reporting, accruals, deductions, chargebacks, and P&L accuracy.
  • Support and improve ecommerce system integrations and workflows, including Mulesoft or similar integration platforms.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across retailer performance, inventory flow, compliance, deductions, and operational execution.
  • Present weekly commercial reporting and operational updates to ecommerce leadership.
  • Lead and develop team members across ecommerce analytics, digital shelf, account operations, and promotional/trade support.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, revenue operations, marketplace operations, commercial analytics, or retail account operations.
  • Industry experience in retail, wholesale, manufacturing, CPG, consumer products, home goods, appliances, or ecommerce strongly preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central required.
  • Experience with Walmart Retail Link, Home Depot Supplier Hub, Walmart Supplier Center, Shopify, or similar retailer portals strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing Amazon chargebacks, shortages, deductions, co-op billing, trade funds, account compliance, or retailer disputes.
  • Experience with Ship to Amazon workflows or Amazon operational processes strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Mulesoft, EDI, ERP integrations, or ecommerce system connectivity preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce and marketplace KPIs, including revenue, margin, sell-through, listing health, fill rate, inventory flow, chargebacks, deductions, and account compliance.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills required; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar preferred.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Product teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn operational data into clear business recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; business, analytics, operations, finance, or related field preferred.

The pay range for this role is:
145,000 - 165,000 USD per year (Glendale, CA)
