We are looking for a Senior RevOps Manager to partner closely with the VP Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to drive strategic execution, commercial insights, and end-to-end operational alignment across the revenue organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, ensuring that company growth objectives are translated into clear plans, measurable KPIs, and actionable insights. You will play a critical role in shaping the revenue model, driving planning cycles, and enabling leadership with a single source of truth.

*Missions*

  • Strategic Execution (25%): Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives aligned with business plan (e.g. Growth levers, ICP operationalization)

  • Commercial KPI Management (20%): Define, maintain, and analyze commercial metrics across lifecycle stages; ensure single source of truth for leadership insights and derive action plans

  • Revenue Model & Top-Line Targets (20%): Partner with VP RevOps, CFO and Business Leaders to define and operationalize annual revenue model, ensuring target alignment.

  • AI Roadmap (10%): Plan and execute AI initiatives aligned to Company and GTM strategy across RevOps Pillars, coordinating with internal / external resources

  • CRO Org Alignment (15%): Represent RevOps in CRO forums, ensuring clear communication of priorities, KPIs, and progress to support and unblock org

  • End-to-End RevOps Alignment (10%): Ensure cross-pillar coordination across Technology, Process, Execution, and Strategy through OKRs and leadership cadence

*Skills*

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or similar roles within SaaS or high-growth environments

  • Proven experience partnering with executive leadership (CRO, VP Sales, CMO, CFO, VP Finance) to drive strategic decisions

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset; able to translate data into clear business actions and outcomes

  • Deep expertise in KPI frameworks, forecasting, and revenue modeling

  • Strong data capabilities (Excel + ideally SQL / BI tools) with experience working on complex datasets

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end GTM (Marketing, Sales, CS), including pipeline and capacity planning

  • Hands-on experience with core RevOps systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Planhat or similar)

  • Strong financial acumen (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV) and experience in planning and budgeting cycles

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

  • High ownership and hands-on mindset; able to operate across strategy and execution
