The Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator to own and evolve the technical foundation that powers our go-to-market engine. As part of a centralized Revenue Operations team, this role is the connective tissue between our GTM strategy and the systems, integrations, and data architecture that bring it to life across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

As a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and architect of our GTM tech stack - owning platform configuration, integration health, and the data layer that our teams depend on to operate and grow. You will lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered tooling, build and maintain the context infrastructure that enables intelligent automation, and partner with RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable systems. If you're energized by solving complex technical problems, designing systems that make entire GTM organizations more effective, and sitting at the intersection of operations and emerging technology, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Own the administration, configuration, and optimization of the full GTM tech stack across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience - including user management, permission structures, workflow automation, and system integrations - ensuring a reliable, scalable, and well-documented revenue technology environment.
  • Design and maintain the integration architecture connecting GTM platforms, managing data flows, field mapping conventions, sync dependencies, and API health across tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, and HubSpot.
  • Build and govern the GTM data and context layer - including data models, object relationships, enrichment logic, and taxonomy standards - that serves as the foundation for both human workflows and AI-powered automation.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered tooling across the GTM org, including AI-assisted prospecting, conversation intelligence, customer health scoring, workflow automation, and agent-based task execution.
  • Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM team leads to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations, automations, and process improvements - acting as the technical translator between strategy and systems.
  • Evaluate new technologies and vendors on an ongoing basis, leading POCs, building business cases, and managing rollouts in close collaboration with RevOps and GTM stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, integration logic, automation rules, and data governance policies to support team scalability and institutional knowledge retention.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems administration, RevOps, or a technical business systems role supporting a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with a Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with the modern GTM tech stack, including platforms such as Outreach, Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo, with demonstrated ability to own and evolve a multi-platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle - including lead-to-opportunity, pipeline management, renewal and expansion workflows, and customer health tracking - with the ability to translate business requirements into reliable system configurations.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining integration architecture across GTM platforms, including iPaaS tools (e.g. Workato, Zapier, Tray.io) and native API connections, with a strong grasp of data flow, field mapping, and sync dependencies.
  • Hands-on experience building or managing AI-powered tooling in a GTM context, including workflow automation, prompt engineering, RAG-based knowledge systems, or AI agent orchestration - or a clear aptitude and eagerness to develop this capability.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, CRM data governance, and maintaining a clean, trusted data layer that RevOps and GTM teams can depend on for reporting and automation.
  • Highly organized and systems-minded, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize ruthlessly, and document everything.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company; startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred.
