Job description

Vasion is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. We are committed to making digital transformation attainable to everyone by building an affordable, integrated SaaS solution that simplifies business processes. Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 400+ employees worldwide, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah.

Job Overview

In this role, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will execute account-based marketing strategies and campaigns across priority verticals. This is a handsโ€‘on execution role โ€“ you'll run ABM campaigns, support vertical-specific programs, and work crossโ€‘functionally with Content, Web, Design, Marketing Operations, and Sales vertical PODs to deliver against pipeline goals set by the Growth Marketing team.

Youโ€™ll be embedded in our Growth Marketing org and play a direct role in generating pipeline for our most strategic segments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own endโ€‘toโ€‘end execution of multiโ€‘touch ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across priority verticals: handsโ€‘on building, launching, and optimizing from targeting through pipeline contribution
  • Build and run verticalโ€‘specific campaigns with a deep understanding of segment personas, pain points, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with Content, Web, Design, and MOps to develop assets, landing pages, nurture programs, and audience segments; translate plans into clear briefs and keep execution on track
  • Serve as the marketing counterpart to Sales vertical PODs, aligning on account prioritization, campaign plays, and pipeline coverage
  • Maintain and refine target account lists with Sales PODs and RevOps using intent data and firmographic signals
  • Own campaign calendar management for assigned verticals โ€” planning, sequencing, and flagging conflicts with other programs
  • Develop and maintain campaign briefs, including audience, messaging, channel mix, and success criteria before every launch
  • Build and maintain campaign dashboards to give Sales and leadership visibility into account engagement and pipeline influence
  • Track ABM performance metrics and surface insights and recommendations to the Director of Growth Marketing regularly
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews with pipeline attribution data tied to ABM activity
Qualifications
  • 6โ€“8 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 2โ€“3 years of handsโ€‘on ABM campaign experience
  • Experience executing ABM campaigns โ€“ comfortable with targeting, audience segmentation, asset coordination, and performance reporting
  • Vertical marketing experience in one or more of the following: Healthcare, Government, Financial Services, or Manufacturing (with the ability to tailor messaging and campaigns by segment)
  • Proven ability to work closely with Sales teams (ideally in a POD or aligned model) with strong instincts for translating Sales priorities into marketing action
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with Influ2 or a similar personโ€‘based advertising platform; familiarity with how to integrate it into a broader ABM motion
  • Familiarity with a marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
  • Strong crossโ€‘functional instincts โ€“ you work well with Product Marketing, MOps, Design, Content, and Sales and know how to move projects forward through collaboration
  • Organized and detailโ€‘oriented; can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping handoffs
  • Clear communicator โ€“ comfortable writing briefs, presenting campaign plans, and coordinating across teams
Benefits
  • Flexible work environment
  • Discretionary vacation bonus
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Competitive pay
  • A full suite of traditional benefits
  • Training / Advancement opportunities
  • 401(k) with companyโ€‘match
  • Mental health wellness support
  • Financial wellness education
  • Companyโ€‘contributed HSA
  • Headquarters perks include gym, pickleball, snacks & drinks, arcade, theater room, monthly All Hands lunch, etc.
  • Lehi, Utah office perks include gym access, snacks & drinks, monthly All Hands lunch
