Job description

Grow With Us

We are seeking an AI-first and process-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role, reporting to the Head of Finance, is critical in helping compound ARR by shaping and operationalizing Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy. An ideal candidate accomplishes this by generating insights that drive decisions, designing scalable processes, and building tools that GTM teams use daily.

You will partner with another RevOps Manager and cross-functional leadership to own the entire lifecycle of revenue processes, from lead handoff to customer retention, ensuring that leaders have the data they need to make decisions, no information is lost, and every GTM team has the tools and resources they need to succeed.

This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence up to 4 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams

Day In The Life

Process Optimization and Change Management

  • Act as a project manager for cross-functional revenue initiatives across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead to cash process to help increase top-line ARR and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Standardize workflows across our GTM teams to reduce operational overhead and build consistent expectations.

Data Analytics and Interbal Engineering

  • Build dashboards and ad-hoc analyses quickly and accurately, assisted by AI.
  • Partner with the Data team on data governance, establishing a metric dictionary to enable GTM teams to build their own accurate dashboards and analyses
  • Architect and build internal automation and tooling solutions using Claude Code to significantly reduce administrative tasks for GTM teams, working with GTM Engineering to deploy and host custom-built tools.

Strategic Alignment and AI Acceleration

  • Serve as a proactive thought partner to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), providing timely, data-driven insights and advice to drive thoughtful growth.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across the GTM organization, ensuring strategic planning and operational execution are assisted and accelerated by AI.
  • Assist in GTM Enablement efforts, teaching managers and team members how to leverage AI tools to unlock productivity and eliminate low-value admin tasks in their daily work.
Working at Workstream
  • We operate with urgency, ownership, and a growth mindset
  • This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role-we value accountability, flexibility, and getting results

  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills with a passion for documentation and knowledge management.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and build processes from the ground up.
What We Offer
  • A mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empowering deskless workers and local businesses
  • An early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup with over $120M in funding
