Job description

RevOps Manager - Rocky Mountain Reserve (RMR)
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Reports to: VP of Sales
About Rocky Mountain Reserve:
Rocky Mountain Reserve (RMR) is a fast-growing pre-tax and COBRA administration partner built for brokers and consultants. We deliver responsive, accountable service across HSA, FSA, HRA, Commuter, LSA, and COBRA solutions, helping our partners win and retain business with confidence.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented RevOps Manager to support our growing sales organization. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, efficient sales process from RFP coordination and proposal delivery to consultant follow-ups and deal support.
You'll work directly with the VP of Sales and collaborate closely with brokers, consultants, and internal teams to keep deals moving forward.
This is not just a back-office administrative role. It includes external-facing, deal-impacting responsibilities that require strong communication skills, ownership, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & RFP Coordination
    • Manage incoming RFPs, questionnaires, and proposal requests
    • Coordinate RFP completion across internal teams
    • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of proposals to consultants
    • Maintain standardized responses and continuously improve RFP efficiency
  • Consultant & Broker Support
    • Serve as a point of contact, alongside the VP of Sales, for consultants and clients throughout the sales process
    • Support follow-ups after consultant meetings (materials, recap notes, next steps)
    • Prepare and distribute sales collateral and presentations
    • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism externally
  • Deal & Pipeline Support
    • Track deals through the sales process and maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce or similar)
    • Gather key data points to support pricing and proposal strategy
    • Coordinate scheduling for demos, finalist meetings, and follow-ups
    • Identify gaps in deal information and proactively work to resolve them
  • Process & Operational Support
    • Help standardize pricing workflows for smaller, transactional deals
    • Maintain and improve internal sales templates and documentation
    • Partner with leadership to streamline processes and reduce friction
  • May require travel to meet with consultants, attend industry events, support Open Enrollment events and support business growth across assigned territories

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years in a sales support, sales coordinator, or client-facing operations role
  • Experience with pre-tax benefits (HSA, FSA, HRA) and/or COBRA is required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage brokers, consultants, and clients
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting RFP processes in the benefits or HR tech space
  • Familiarity with broker/consultant sales models
  • Experience in fast-paced or growth-stage environments

What Success Looks Like
  • RFPs and proposals are delivered accurately and on time
  • Consultants view you as responsive, reliable, and easy to work with
  • Deals progress more efficiently due to strong coordination and follow-up
  • Sales leadership can focus on strategy while execution runs smoothly

Why Join RMR
  • High-impact role with direct exposure to sales leadership
  • Opportunity to grow into more senior sales or operations roles
  • Work alongside experienced industry leaders
  • Be part of a company scaling in a high-demand market

Compensation
  • Base salary range: $70,000-$95,000 + performance-based bonus
  • Full benefits package

How to Apply
Submit your resume along with a brief note outlining your experience with pre-tax benefits and/or COBRA solutions.
Additional Application Question
In your application, include a brief example of a time you managed multiple competing deadlines and how you prioritized.
Additional Note
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. If you prefer highly structured roles with narrowly defined responsibilities, this may not be the right fit.
