Job description

THE ROLE:
You'll be responsible for revolutionizing how life sciences organizations interact with AI. You will design and deploy novel AI experiences that become daily drivers of critical workflows. Working at the intersection of customer and product, you'll orchestrate frontier AI models into practical solutions that transform drug development timelines from months to minutes.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Thoughtful problem solvers: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You break down unstructured customer challenges into concrete deployment plans. You think critically about both business impact and technical feasibility of your solutions.
  • Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological. You can learn new AI capabilities quickly and are receptive to new approaches for solving customer problems.
  • Organized and self-sufficient: You are comfortable managing yourself, navigating ambiguity in customer environments, and finding ways to create measurable impact. You turn loose goals into concrete execution plans.
  • Owner of your mission: You are an owner of the customer outcomes you drive. You take pride in the quality of deployments, the adoption you achieve, and the ROI you deliver. You're accountable for results, not just recommendations.
  • Grit: You will run through walls to achieve customer success and drive adoption.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead AI deployments with Top 10 Pharma and leading biotech organizations, from pilot through production adoption
  • Configure and customize AI Assistants and Agents hands-on in the platform to deliver clear, measurable value
  • Act as strategic advisor on AI implementation in regulated environments, including change management, governance, and compliance considerations
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements by working closely with Engineering and Product teams
  • Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and best practices to scale successful implementations
  • Define requirements, test outputs, and validate success criteria for new Agent builds with customers
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities based on usage patterns and adjacent workflow needs
  • Operate as day-to-day strategic partner to customer sponsors, ensuring momentum and removing blockers

NICE TO HAVE'S:
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in Life Sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Background in enterprise software deployments or post-sale customer work
  • Prior experience collaborating with product or engineering teams
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and deployment patterns

BENEFITS:
  • Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
  • Generous PTO policy
  • Paid parental leave
