AI Strategy Specialist
Position Summary
EVAPCO is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking AI Strategy Specialist to support the exploration, education, and adoption of artificial intelligence technologies across the organization. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify practical use cases, promote AI literacy, and assist in integrating AI tools into daily business processes.
The ideal candidate will combine a strong business foundation with a growing understanding of AI technologies and a passion for improving operational efficiency and employee effectiveness through responsible technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the identification and evaluation of AI opportunities that improve operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across business functions.
  • Assist in educating employees on AI tools and best practices, helping to build awareness, comfort, and proficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and recommend AI-enabled improvements aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in pilot projects and help translate early successes into scalable solutions.
  • Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and communication plans to support AI adoption initiatives.
  • Work closely with EVAPCO's Global Information Technology (GIT) Team to promote responsible and effective use of AI technologies, reinforcing EVAPCO's standards for accuracy, data protection, and process integrity.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, trends, and business applications relevant to manufacturing and operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Management, or a related field
  • Coursework or concentration in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines preferred
  • 2-10 years of professional experience preferred (internships or project experience involving AI or digital tools)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into practical business applications
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) is a plus
