  • Evaluate and recommend tools, vendors, and technologies, including consolidation opportunities.

Drive Adoption & Organizational Impact

  • Establish adoption strategies including training programs, rollout plans, and clear usage targets.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to ensure accountability for adoption and outcomes.
  • Build KPI frameworks to track value realization and ensure sustained impact across teams.

Governance, Risk & Operating Model

  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance to define governance frameworks around data privacy, security, and vendor risk.
  • Balance speed and innovation with responsible AI practices and enterprise risk management.
  • Help define and evolve the operating model that enables people, processes, and AI systems to work effectively together.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

  • 3-8 years of experience in high-performance environments such as management consulting, product strategy, product management, investment banking, private equity, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions into real-world workflows with measurable business impact.
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases and connect initiatives to financial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions independently.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, legal technology, or regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms, LLMs, workflow automation tools, and the evolving AI ecosystem.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation, operating model design, or enterprise-scale digital initiatives.
  • MBA or other advanced degree.
