Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Director, Strategy & Transformation to lead strategic planning and transformation delivery across the Digital & Technology organization within Finance. This role drives alignment between our mission, operating model, and transformation initiatives that bring our strategy to life. The Director leads a small, high-impact team responsible for enterprise strategy development, leadership engagement, operating rhythms, and cross-functional execution.

  • Bachelor of Science in Finance or related, MBA preferred 
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or financial planning roles, ideally within digital or technology organizations.
  • Excellent problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Ability to execute rigorous financial analysis and derive clear and compelling business insights from this analysis 
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
  • Prior experience with SaaS/technology pricing and go-to-market strategy (e.g., revenue management or other similar skill sets) is preferred, but not required
  • Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders and business partners
  • Proven record of leading strategic initiatives, managing leadership operating rhythms, and executing transformation programs. 
  • Proven proficiency & experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Salary Range: $184,500 to $217,000 annually + bonus eligibility. 

This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

    • Lead the preparation of strategic deliverables - including earnings materials, Board of Directors updates, and Annual Operating Plan presentations.
    • Partner with senior leadership to shape the organizational agenda, enabling clear decisions and strategic focus across all functions. 
    • Translate organizational vision into annual goals and further into clear initiatives with measurable outcomes and aligned accountabilities.
  • Transformation Leadership & Delivery (30%)
    • Lead the strategy and execution of key transformation programs.
    • Oversee the consolidation of global Digital & Technology budgets into a unified shadow P&L, providing visibility to spend, resourcing, and outcomes.
  • Operating Rhythm & Business Cadence (15%)
    • Own the operating rhythms of the business and provide thought leadership in key forums - including monthly operating reviews, leadership team meetings, and annual planning cycles.
    • Evolve these cadences to drive decision-making, accountability, and executional alignment across teams.
    • Maintain consistent communication across business units, Finance, and Technology to ensure focus on top priorities.
  • Decision Support & Communication (15%)
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that guide critical decisions.
    • Develop concise, compelling executive narratives for leadership communications and strategic forums.
