The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.The Director, Strategy & Transformation is a key leadership role within Dexcom’s Global Operations & Quality organization, reporting directly to the EVP, Global Operations & Quality. This role is responsible for defining, orchestrating, and executing the end-to-end operations and quality strategy across the Plan–Source–Make–Deliver value chain.This leader will own the development, execution, and annual refresh of Dexcom’s operations North Star strategy, driving alignment through Hoshin Kanri deployment and ensuring translation into executable transformation roadmaps. The role combines enterprise strategy, transformation leadership, and hands-on execution to enable scalable, resilient growth while driving performance across cost, quality, service, and speed.The Director will act as a strategic integrator across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, partnering closely with plant leaders and global stakeholders to elevate performance and build world-class operational capabilities.Dexcom is experiencing rapid global growth, increasing product complexity, and expanding manufacturing and supply chain networks. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).Language Skills:Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
