Job description

THE ROLE

As a Senior Manager on the Commercial Strategy & Transformation team, you will drive high-impact strategic initiatives that directly accelerate growth and operational efficiency across Everpure's Commercial Line of Business. Partnering closely with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, you will convert complex market opportunities and operational challenges into actionable, value-generating roadmaps. This role serves as a trusted advisor and catalyst for change, shaping the future operating model of a high-growth tech leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Architect & Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Collaborate with Commercial Line of Business executives and cross-functional leaders to identify key growth levers, mitigate operational risks, and build actionable transformation plans that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Optimize Operations & Process Efficiency: Lead process optimization initiatives across commercial workflows-identifying bottlenecks, designing operational best practices, and driving automation and AI adoption to significantly elevate productivity and operational velocity.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Business Insights: Direct the analysis of commercial performance metrics, market trends, and customer insights to synthesize complex data into executive-level recommendations that guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build Business Cases & Financial Models: Develop robust financial models, ROI assessments, and sensitivity analyses for proposed transformation projects to secure executive approval and ensure long-term commercial viability.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Change Management: Partner with senior leaders to program-manage large-scale transformation efforts, ensuring smooth operational execution, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable organizational adoption.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of relevant experience with minimum 2+ years in management consulting, private equity or top-tier tech strategy or 'biz ops' functions
  • Strategic Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise leading strategic business transformations, commercial excellence initiatives, operating model design, or business operations within the B2B technology industry.
  • Advanced Analytical & Financial Modeling Skills: Proven capability in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and quantitative problem-solving, with an ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling strategic narratives for executive leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Influencing & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of aligning, inspiring, and influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Program Management & Process Optimization: Strong execution background in program managing enterprise-wide change initiatives, driving workflow automation, and embedding best practices across scaling organizations.
  • Location Expectation: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
