Job description

Job Title: Sr. Manager GTM Strategy

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $80/hr-$88/hr

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Sr. Manager GTM Strategy for a
target-driven contract engagement. This role is specifically designed for an elite builder who
can architect, script, and deploy advanced automation and agentic AI workflows for our
Enterprise Agreement offering.
This contract requires a practitioner who bridges the gap between commercial strategy and
automated systems architecture. You will be responsible for directly building the
human-in-the-loop AI agent infrastructure, data integrations, and automated validation gates
that will dramatically compress our sales cycle and maximize operational velocity.

Your Impact (Key Contract Deliverables)
Deploy Agentic AI Workflows: Build, program, and iterate on interactive AI agent
frameworks leveraging LLMs to serve as real-time co-pilots for the field. You will own the
prompt engineering and logic that allows reps to dynamically generate customized
account strategies, proposal decks, and dynamic financial models.
Deliver Immediate Operational Efficiency: Focus heavily on eliminating friction in the
sales cycle, deploying automated tools and dashboards engineered to save thousands
of manual operational hours and drastically accelerate the speed of business insights.
Establish Automated Data Pipelines: Architect and execute automated reporting
pipelines and data integrations to streamline GTM operations. You will write the backend
scripts to seamlessly ingest, organize, and sync account discovery signals, customer
asset shifts, and quoting metrics across core revenue systems.

Qualifications & Technical Requirements
Immediate Execution Capabilities: Proven track record of entering complex enterprise
environments as a contractor or consultant and immediately deploying automated
workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered tools that unlock massive time savings.
Advanced Automation Stack: Production-level, hands-on experience writing clean,
scalable code within Google Apps Script and executing complex data architecture
within BigQuery.
AI Developer Fluency: Deep, demonstrable experience building functional business
workflows that programmatically interact with advanced LLM development tools and
APIs, including Gemini and Claude Code, to automate asset generation and text/data
synthesis.
Systems Thinker: A natural builder who excels at connecting disparate API endpoints,
parsing unstructured data inputs, and turning manual, fragmented operations into
resilient, automated code blocks.
Commercial Infrastructure Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of
enterprise software monetization, deal-structuring, CPQ workflows, and the technical
mechanics behind large-scale Enterprise Agreements.
Cross-Functional Agility: Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product teams,
and engineering leaders, translating complex technical automation logic into clear
commercial outcomes.

The Ideal Profile: The GTM Architect
Core Experience: 5+ years of experience as a GTM Architect, Technical Revenue
Operations Lead, or GTM Systems Engineer where you designed both the operational
strategy and the underlying systems infrastructure.
Preferred Strategic & Analytical Pedigree: 3+ years in a top-tier tech strategy
(“BizOps”) function, technical management consulting, or a specialized GTM engineering
program.
Domain Expertise: Preferred 3+ years experience in SaaS, B2B enterprise technology,
and/or cybersecurity.
Contractor Delivery: Proven ability to enter a complex corporate ecosystem as an
independent consultant or contractor, executing with a high degree of autonomy to
deliver functional workflows, dashboards, and automated tools.
