Your Role
The Senior Manager, GTM Strategy will play a central role in how O Positiv brings new products and innovation to market. This person will own the end-to-end new product launch process-keeping cross-functional teams aligned, on track, and set up for success from early planning through post-launch. In addition, they'll bring a sharp analytical mind to the strategic work that surrounds each launch: customer insights, competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, positioning research, and post-launch performance evaluation.
This role reports to the Chief of Staff / Head of GTM in the office of the CEO and works closely with teams across Product Strategy / R&D, Creative, Dev, and functional channel leads (e.g., Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop). The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, is equally comfortable building a launch tracker and structuring a strategic analysis, and takes genuine ownership of the work they touch. Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the end-to-end new product launch process, including maintaining launch timelines, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and driving accountability across teams
- Build and manage GTM infrastructure such as project management tools, launch playbooks, and repeatable templates that improve how we bring products to market over time
- Conduct strategic and analytical work to support launch planning, including competitive landscape analysis, market sizing, channel strategy, and positioning
- Define quantitative success metrics for new launches and track performance post-launch, synthesizing results into clear recommendations
- Support launch debriefs and retrospectives to capture learnings and continuously improve our GTM process
- Stay close to the competitive landscape and women's health and wellness market to surface trends and opportunities relevant to our pipeline
- Support the Chief of Staff & CEO on adhoc high-priority strategic topics for the organizationย
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:
- 5-9+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similarly analytical and structured role
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in modeling / synthesizing data and drawing clear conclusions
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Interpersonal:
- Excellent communicator who can distill complex information into clear, concise narratives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward ownership and follow-through
- Collaborative and open-minded, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment across teams
- Intellectually curious and energized by fast-moving environments where priorities can shift
- Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank
- AI-fluent and uses tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily to accelerate research, analysis, and drafting; has automated workflow processes
- Prior exposure to consumer products, retail, or wellness
- Passionate about women's health
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $160,000 - $180,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.ย
