    Job Description

    We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to support Sales and Marketing Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives. The ideal person will have strong experience working with Marketo for campaign builds and GTM strategy.

    This person will work closely with our Salesforce Sales Product Manager, Sales teams, and Marketing teams to develop proofs of concept (POCs), improve existing Salesforce processes, and support enablement efforts across the Go To Market Strategy lifecycle.


    This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who enjoys
    hands-on configuration, cross-functional collaboration, and experimenting with new
    capabilities, especially AI-driven features within Salesforce and connected platforms.
    Duties
    Support Sales and Marketing teams by configuring and enhancing Salesforce
    tools that enable GTM execution.
    Assist with sales enablement workflows, including lead management, opportunity
    tracking, and pipeline visibility.
    Support Marketing enablement use cases such as campaign execution, lead
    scoring, and handoff to Sales, Salesforce Configuration, and Proof of Concepts
    Partner with the Salesforce Sales Product Manager to design and build Proof of Concepts for
    new Go To Market capabilities.
    Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud features (objects, fields, flows, reports,
    dashboards).
    Identify opportunities to improve or streamline existing Salesforce processes
    across Sales and Marketing.
