Why Join Omnicell?

At Omnicell, we are transforming the way healthcare organizations operate by connecting innovative technology with meaningful customer outcomes. We are looking for a GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in bridging marketing strategy and sales execution. Partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue teams, and key business stakeholders, you\'ll help ensure our field teams engage the right accounts with the right message, at the right time.

This is a unique opportunity to influence Omnicell’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, shape go-to-market excellence, and directly contribute to growth initiatives across our product portfolio. If you thrive in highly collaborative environments, enjoy building scalable processes, and are passionate about enabling sales success, this role offers significant visibility and impact across the organization.

What You\'ll Do

Primary Impact

As the GTM Strategy & Sales Enablement Manager, you will drive the operational excellence, activation frameworks, and sales readiness programs that connect Omnicell’s marketing investments to field execution. You will ensure campaigns, launches, and account-based initiatives are successfully translated into measurable sales engagement and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own GTM Planning & Launch Operations
    • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for campaign launches and product initiatives.
    • Build and manage integrated launch calendars, milestone tracking, and cross-functional RACI frameworks.
    • Ensure alignment and accountability across Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Revenue stakeholders.
  • Design Scalable GTM Processes
    • Develop and document launch readiness standards, campaign intake processes, activation frameworks, and field enablement workflows.
    • Establish repeatable best practices that improve organizational efficiency and execution consistency.
  • Drive Sales Readiness & Field Activation
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure successful campaign adoption and execution.
    • Facilitate sales briefings, launch readiness reviews, field activation sessions, and post-launch feedback loops.
    • Translate marketing strategy into actionable field guidance that supports buyer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Develop High-Impact Sales Enablement Content
    • Create, manage, and optimize sales enablement assets including solution briefs, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, account playbooks, and outreach strategies.
    • Partner with Product Marketing to transform positioning and messaging into field-ready content that aligns with real-world sales conversations.
  • Own Content Governance & Optimization
    • Manage the customer-facing content library to ensure assets remain current, searchable, and aligned to buyer journey stages and product portfolios.
    • Monitor content utilization and gather sales feedback to continuously improve effectiveness and adoption.
  • Advance Omnicell\'s ABM Motion
    • Develop account-specific engagement frameworks and coordinated Sales + Marketing playbooks.
    • Support tiered account strategies through targeted campaigns, outreach sequencing, and engagement planning.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to align account-level objectives with marketing activation efforts.
  • Support Business Planning & Performance Monitoring
    • Contribute to quarterly planning cycles, pipeline reviews, leadership communications, and GTM performance reporting.
    • Track execution health and identify opportunities to strengthen campaign adoption and sales engagement.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM strategy, sales enablement, product marketing, marketing operations, or a related B2B marketing function.
  • Demonstrated success designing and executing cross-functional go-to-market processes involving Sales, Product Marketing, and other stakeholder groups.
  • Experience developing and managing sales enablement content that supports complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple launches, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical, clinical, or business concepts into compelling, sales-ready messaging.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and an understanding of how pipeline and opportunity data inform sales strategy and enablement priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience within healthcare technology, med-tech, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with health system buying processes and enterprise healthcare sales motions.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
  • Understanding of account segmentation methodologies and intent-based sales activation strategies.
  • Exposure to competitive intelligence programs and market positioning initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing content metadata, analytics, governance, and content lifecycle management.
