Job description

PRODUCT GROWTH STRATEGY & ANALYTICS LEAD (STARLINK)

Starlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, is delivering low-latency broadband internet worldwide. We are committed to offering access to high-speed internet to customers around the world, providing a world class experience of Starlink for all users. You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink across its global reach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Starlink Product Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities & scaling successful initiatives in key markets around the world. Projects typically entail developing new offerings, business models, and channels 
  • Own the end-to-end playbook for rolling out new products, offerings, and growth initiatives - from initial strategy to post-launch optimization 
  • Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches 
  • Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category 
  • Research industry and competitive landscapes - telecom, consumer tech, and beyond - to sharpen how Starlink positions, prices, and packages its offering 
  • Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience 
  • 1+ years of experience using Excel for data analysis 

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

  • 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
  • 1+ years of experiencing using SQL and/or Python for data analysis 
  • 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams 
  • Distinctive business judgment and communication skills 
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills 
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developingcreative approaches to solving problems 
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives 
  • Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed 
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as needed
