Job description

The Growth Strategy Analyst supports the development and execution of Parkview Health’s growth strategy through market research, data analysis, and strategic project support. This role compiles and synthesizes market and internal data, partners with Business Intelligence to develop actionable insights, and prepares materials for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. The Growth Strategy Analyst works collaboratively across the organization to evaluate growth opportunities, support partnership and affiliation efforts, assess new markets and service lines, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen Parkview’s ability to serve patients and communities throughout the region.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred areas of study include Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of one year of related experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare, business strategy, market analysis, business intelligence, data analytics, project management, or a related field preferred.

Other Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to operational leaders, executives, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and gain stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic considerations.
  • Analyze internal and external data to support growth strategy, business planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop forecasts and assessments for new and existing markets, services, partnerships, and affiliations.
  • Prepare clear, concise, fact-based reports, presentations, dashboards, and other materials for executive and operational leadership.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and other internal teams to develop meaningful insights from complex data sources.
  • Support strategic projects from evaluation and recommendation through implementation.
  • Monitor emerging healthcare, clinical, technological, and market trends and assess their potential impact on Parkview Health.
  • Support quarterly market updates and other recurring strategic analyses.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests and provide timely, accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in data, processes, and business information.
  • Develop and present recommendations that support Parkview Health’s growth, financial performance, and strategic priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, operational leaders, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
