Job description

"We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities."

Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Growth Strategy Manager plays a critical role in driving Residential subscriber growth, product adoption, and overall revenue performance by developing data-driven insights, pricing and offer recommendations, and go-to-market inputs. Reporting to the GTM Director, this role helps shape the revenue strategy across key levers including product attach, sell-in, pricing, and promotional strategy to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and ARPU. This role also contributes to the customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring pricing and packaging evolve in line with customer needs, competitive dynamics, and long-term business goals.

This role partners closely with Campaigns, Digital, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales teams to ensure Residential growth strategies are effectively informed, operationalized, and optimized. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and skilled at turning data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business outcomes.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional offer recommendations to improve product adoption, sell-in, and revenue performance, informed by competitive activity, market dynamics, and customer behavior
  • Monitor key metrics including subscriber acquisition, conversion, churn, and ARPU, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Maintain and enhance pricing and performance tracking tools, incorporating customer feedback and competitive positioning to continuously refine strategy
  • Support lifecycle pricing and packaging strategies to ensure offers evolve appropriately over time in response to customer behavior, market conditions, and business objectives
  • Support go-to-market planning for product launches, upgrades, migrations, and promotions by developing briefs and strategic inputs that guide Campaigns, Digital, and Market Expansion execution
  • Conduct market and customer analysis, leveraging competitive intelligence, industry trends, and geographic insights to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Strategy, Digital & eCommerce, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment between growth strategy, execution, and performance goals

Salary Range: $97,000 - $126,000

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in growth strategy, revenue strategy, product marketing, or analytics-driven marketing roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience supporting pricing, packaging, and offer strategy, preferably in a subscription-based or telecommunications environment
  • Deep understanding of competitive dynamics and customer behavior, with the ability to inform and evolve strategy based on market insights
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction for execution teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
