Your Impact:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Growth Strategy who will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing strategies, and providing valuable insights to support our growth objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results
What You'll Do:
  • Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow next
  • Build the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and delivery
  • Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisions
  • Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment

About You:
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10.
  • Experience in industry research and customer segmentation
  • Experience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push back
  • Are able to structure analysis & build data-driven models
  • Have a growth mindset. Don't mind trying new ideas and learn fast
  • Have an ownership mentality and get things done
  • Use AI tools fluently in your daily work, held to the same quality bar as your own

Bonus Skills:
  • Are proficient with data analytics and visualization tools (GBQ/SQL, DataStudio/Looker, etc.)
  • Engineering, manufacturing or related experience is a big plus
  • MBA preferred, not required

Compensation
We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.
At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.
The annual base pay range for this role is:
$140,000-$200,000 USD
