Job description

Role Overview

Mobilelink is seeking a data-driven, highly analytical, and entrepreneurial Strategic Growth Manager to drive our next phase of expansion across all major sales channels.

The ideal candidate is a versatile commercial builder who can balance high-level strategy with aggressive, boots-on-the-ground execution. You will be responsible for mapping out market opportunities, optimizing acquisition funnels, and expanding our market penetration. Crucially, you will lead the charge in securing product placements across a diverse distribution network—ranging from major telecom carriers and big-box retailers to independent small-box stores, wholesale networks, B2B clients, and major online e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Omnichannel Growth Strategy: Define, test, and execute strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue and market penetration across B2B, B2C, and wholesale ecosystems.

• Distribution & Retail Expansion: Actively pitch, negotiate, and secure product placement across a diverse matrix of partners, including:

  • Major Telecom Carriers and authorized retailers.
  • Big-Box & Small-Box Retailers (managing corporate pitches and local store-level relationship building).
  • Wholesale & B2B Channels to capture bulk and commercial contracts.
  • Online Platforms & E-commerce Marketplaces to optimize digital availability.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to launch growth experiments and seamlessly integrate successful distribution trials into core operations.

• Funnel Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey—from awareness and acquisition to retention and monetization across both digital and physical storefronts.

#MLTA1

• Experience: 4–6 years of experience in strategic growth, field marketing, account management, business operations, or a channel sales role at a fast-growing consumer products or tech company.

• Multi-Channel Sales Savvy: Proven track record of pitching products and navigating vendor onboarding processes for big-box retailers, carriers, or major online marketplaces.

• Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools. You make decisions based on numbers, tracking performance across varied digital and physical distribution networks.

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to confidently pitch to corporate category buyers, small-business owners, and internal stakeholders alike.

• Mindset: A builder’s mentality with a high tolerance for ambiguity. Willingness to travel as needed for key client pitches and store-level field marketing execution.
