Interns typically collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and product, gaining exposure to various business functions. While you'll receive guidance and mentorship from senior team members, you'll also be encouraged to take ownership of specific tasks and present your findings. This blend of collaboration and autonomy helps interns build strategic thinking skills and prepares them for more advanced roles in business strategy.
