The Strategy & Analytics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business performance, developing reporting solutions, identifying strategic opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support operational and organizational goals.

This role combines business analytics, process improvement, and strategic planning to help leadership make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes. The Analyst will work with the Manager of Credit Operations to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and recommending strategies that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. In addition, the analyst will support the various platforms to improve reporting and updates to support the business.

The analyst will be expected to work with both internal and external stakeholders to improve performance and streamline processes. This role will also be expected to identify cost efficiencies, process improvements and changes to promote outstanding customer experience. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Support development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Analyze business performance, customer trends, operational metrics, and financial results to identify risks and opportunities. Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and emerging trends. Develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and business performance.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting packages. Develop KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies to measure business outcomes. Ensure consistency, integrity, and accuracy of reporting data.

Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. Meticulously review the information gathered across multiple platforms, flagging areas of non-compliance against the rules and regulations of the organization. Track strategic initiative results and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Support forecasting and performance review activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements. Leverage Lean and Six Sigma principles to identify ways to eliminate waste and optimize processes Identify continuous improvement opportunities throughout processes Maintain metrics, communicating and tracking the progress of audits and audit results Provide status updates on individual deliverables and KPI targets on a weekly and monthly basis Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership teams.

Support tracking progress on aged gaps and coordinate with process owners to organize conversations, follow up on outstanding tasks, gather resolution details and QA evidence Working Conditions: Hybrid Normal office environment. Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Monday-Friday. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, strategy, analytics, or process improvement. 3+ years of retail energy experience strongly preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Viso, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools 2+ years using Microsoft SQL Server or Power BI, with the ability to read/write script or build visuals Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance reporting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
