As a Digital Analytics Manager on the Digital Analytics team, a typical day for you will include:
  • Develop and maintain scalable datasets, data models, and data pipelines that support digital marketing reporting and analysis.

  • Integrate and analyze data from platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, call-tracking platforms, SEO tools, and other digital marketing systems.

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reporting solutions that provide visibility into website, lead generation, digital media, and marketing performance.

  • Build scalable, automated reporting solutions for franchise owners, leveraging tools such as Python to efficiently generate and distribute consistent, location-level insights across Neighborly's franchise network.

  • Lead recurring and ad hoc analyses that identify the drivers of website traffic, lead generation, conversion performance, and digital marketing results across Neighborly's brands.

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or any related analytical roles.
    • Experience in building and maintaining data models, reporting tables, or analytical data pipelines in a cloud-based data warehouse such as Google Cloud or AWS.
    • Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, user behavior, lead generation, and website performance.
    • Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight or a similar business intelligence platform.

  • Skills:
    • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data issues and independently develop practical solutions.
    • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts and analytical findings into clear business language.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
    • Experience leading analysts, managing analytical projects, or providing technical direction to team members.

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business discipline such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, or a related field, or sufficient on-the-job use of related skills. A master's degree is a plus.

  • Schedule / in-office requirements:
    • Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
