What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll manage and optimize integrated paid media campaigns focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition across multiple Mixed Use business units.

You’ll combine strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable marketing performance.


Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across:
    • PPC / SEM
    • LinkedIn Ads
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
    • YouTube Ads
    • Display & Programmatic Advertising
    • Affiliate Marketing
    • Review Platforms & Third-Party Publications
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization
  • Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve conversion performance
  • Use emerging AI and automation tools to accelerate ad copy testing, keyword research, campaign analysis, and workflow execution
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and LLM-enabled tools to improve personalization, experimentation, and campaign scalability

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Build campaign forecasts and performance projections
  • Develop dashboards and reporting in GA4, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Excel, and other analytics tools
  • Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates to marketing stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Creative, Web, Analytics, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams to execute high-performing campaigns
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful delivery and optimization
  • Support light organic social media management initiatives for Mixed Use brands
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, AI tools, and paid media best practices

Required Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid media management
  • Hands-on expertise managing PPC/SEM, paid social, display, and demand generation campaigns
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve lead generation performance through data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, and reporting tools such as:
    • GA4
    • Looker Studio / Google Data Studio
    • Salesforce
    • Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Industry Experience with B2B, SaaS or technology company and/or Real Estate Related Industry (particularly Property Management) is preferred but not required
  • Experience using a project management tool such as Hive is a plus
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and/or Google Analytics certified
