Overview
As a Strategist on the Partnerships team at Nexxen, you'll be at the forefront of our data strategy and audience recommendation efforts, helping shape how Nexxen leverages our proprietary and third-party data to drive business growth. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting audience insights, partner capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions for our clients.
In this role, you'll support and implement Nexxen's data strategies, guide audience targeting recommendations, and manage relationships with leading data, measurement, and identity partners. Your work will directly influence campaign success, product innovation, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
Data Strategy & Audience Recommendations
• Support and implement audience data strategies aligned with Nexxen's business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth audience data audits and analysis to uncover insights and influence data strategy.
• Develop audience targeting recommendations and partner with Sales teams on data requests.
• Collaborate with partners to build and activate custom audience segments.
• Evaluate audience data taxonomies and identify new partner opportunities.
• Communicate audience data updates, best practices, and insights to key stakeholders.
• Provide training and education on audience data tools and capabilities to internal teams.
Partnership Management & Enablement
• Manage and grow relationships with third-party data, measurement, and verification partners.
• Collaborate with Business Development to source, evaluate, and onboard new partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to activate and optimize partner-powered opportunities.
• Track partner performance, usage, and revenue to drive adoption and maximize value.
• Coordinate with Finance, AP, and Legal on billing, reporting, and contract renewals.
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
